I have to say I was very leary of putting my son's car on a truck with people or a company I knew nothing about. It was very important that my son's car made it to Texas on time, my son was coming home from Iraq and we where flying into Texas to see him. If the car was not on time we would of had to get a rental car and go through a lot of paper work to get on the Army base, in short it would of made our trip and my son's home coming very inconventant. The agent with Secured Transport was VERY helpful, professional and put me at ease. Not only was my car on time, it was waiting for me when we got off the airplane. ( now that is service!!). The delivery driver had called as we got closer to the pick up location and had the car warming up (it was cold and rainy when we arrived. The car was feel of any damage, pretty dirty, but could not expect anything differant, after all it went through several states in the middle of winter. If you need something moved give this company a try, I'm saure they will do everything they can to make your move as great as our's.

With the stress involved in moving across country on a short notice, it can be made easier when people you entrust your valuables to deliver them unscathed and ahead of schedule, and that is what Secured Transport did for me. Even though they usually don't operate this far west (Seattle) my primary contact, Scott Clark, was able to subcontract the job to another company whom in turn got the job done. Of course the subcontracting part took a few extra days, but Scott was very patient with me as I called him everyday with questions about the process. Then the day came where he had someone for the job and those guys made it out here in record time. They drove over 2,000 miles in under 3 days which was amazing. I would use this company again without a doubt.

We were introduced to secured transport inc. fromCincinnati Ohio .When they picked up a 2008 4runner going to Kansas City Mo.The driver gave me info. and told me to call Scott.I called Scott for a quote , within 2-3 min. he gave me a quote to take a 2008 land cruiser to Hicksville Ny. It was scheduled and transported to Ny within a 2 day turn around.My customer was very happy and we will continue to use Scott at Secured Transport!!!

This was a very smooth transaction. Scott did everything right. Great communication. From beginning to end, everything went very smooth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to a friend. To top it off, the cost was extremely competitive.

| Scott was professional and kind. He answered all my questions. He understood that this was a car that was donated by our friends and that we were paying for it to be transported so that another of our friends could benefit. He is a Gulf War Vet and his family needed a car. Scott (& John the driver) were ethical, picked up the car in RI early, dropped it off in a timely manner and were available when I called. The price was very competative and I feel that it was lower than most other brokers that did not have as high a mark as Secured Transport. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again if the need arised. Best wishes! |

The communications and instructions from the transport company were excellent. I was the seller of this vehicle, but was kept informed throughout the transaction. I was impressed with the care and scrutiny of the driver when he picked up the car.
I was notified when the car left town and when it was off loaded at the destination. I have shipped other vehicles and know how important it is to be kept informed when you have thousands of dollars in the hands of someone you don't know.
Highly recommended would use again. |

I contacted Secured Transport Inc.to transport my Car from MI to MN.I spoke to Scott who was very helpful in arranging the transport for me according to my budget.My car was delivered to MN in time without any damage.I could reach Scott and Chris the driver any time and they always updated me with what was going on.In short no hastles at all.I would not hesitate to use their services again.
